Headstand, www.headstand.org, empowers at-risk K-12 students to combat toxic stress through mindfulness, yoga and character education. Our integrated programs enhance students’ capacity for academic learning and promote healthy social and emotional wellbeing. 

Headstand is working to bring a yoga and mindfulness pilot curriculum to students at Calistoga’s Palisades High School.

The program needs financial support to make this Pilot Program successful.
